• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for: EPC/EPCM and construction/assembly, supply of equipment/structures, and O&G operations contracts (offshore, O&M, chartering), including gas and infrastructure contracts (GSA, GTA, capacity/ship-or-pay, TUA/TSA) and arrangements such as tolling;

• Acting in contracts with state-owned companies and bidding/tender processes, including support in analyzing notices and attachments, document organization (e.g., compliance/qualification), clarifications/challenges, preparation of drafts, and support in contracting and execution;

• Contract modeling and risk allocation (scope, deadlines, prices/adjustments, guarantees, penalties, liability, and governance);

• Support for audits, deals, and due diligence, with organization and analysis of contractual obligations;

• Direct interface with clients and partners, participating in meetings and negotiations;

• Management of the contract life cycle (addenda, notifications, extensions/renewals, and terminations) and preparation of technical opinions on relevant contractual aspects.

• Strive for excellence in the delivery of work;

• Have experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts;

• Have general legal knowledge, with an emphasis on Contract Law and Public Procurement/State Law;

• Experience in bids: reading notices/attachments, clarifications, and document organization;

• Have the ability to manage portfolios and contract lifecycles (addenda, notifications, terminations);

• Be proactive and focused on practical solutions.

• Possess a profile of management and control of work and team;
