Tácito Matos has over 30 years of experience in law, with solid knowledge and extensive experience in Law, especially in the Tax, Administrative and Regulatory areas. He was responsible for structuring Intelig's legal-tax department, including negotiating benefits and special regimes, in addition to choosing IT tax systems.

As a partner in law firms, he led teams with an average success rate of 80% in tax litigation cases, the result not only of legal expertise, but also of a detailed technical analysis of the facts that strengthened the defenses prepared. He also structured tax planning alternatives that legally avoided paying hundreds of millions of reais.

Over the past 10 years, he has worked as a regulatory consultant for companies in various concessions and bidding processes, including highway projects, VLT, oil and gas fields and sanitation. Participated in the review of regulatory standards for charging for the use of water resources and the legislative process for creating Payment for Environmental Services.

In addition, he worked for more than five years in the Regulatory and Strategic Litigation areas at Iguá Saneamento. With entrepreneurial experience, he was a partner in an IT startup and is currently a partner in a company focused on structuring and implementing projects aimed at sustainability.
